De analogie is toepasselijk; de rol van mitochondri\u00ebn is om het voedsel dat we eten om te zetten in cellulaire energie. In feite produceren mitochondri\u00ebn ongeveer 90 procent van de energie die onze cellen nodig hebben om te overleven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u4e26\u4e0d\u6b62\u65bc\u88fd\u9020\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5728\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u662f\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u7576\u53d7\u5230\u963b\u7919\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u548c\u764c\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u7531\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u529f\u80fd\u5931\u8abf\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u3002\u559c\u6b61 <a href=\"https:\/\/daveasprey.com\/how-strong-are-your-mitochondria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u5927\u885b\u00b7\u963f\u65af\u666e\u96f7<\/a>, oprichter van Bulletproof, uitlegt, lijkt mitochondriale disfunctie &#8220;de kern te zijn van de meeste ziekten en chronische ziekten.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Je kunt mitochondriale disfunctie krijgen als je niet genoeg mitochondri\u00ebn hebt, als degene die je hebt niet goed werken of als je ze niet consequent produceert&#8221;, legt hij uit. &#8220;Verontrustend is dat uit onderzoek blijkt dat de helft van de mensen onder de 40 jaar een vroege mitochondriale disfunctie heeft.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u807d\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u95dc\u65bc\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u5728\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e2d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u7a81\u7136\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u5b83\u5011\u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u9010\u6f38\u6d6e\u51fa\u6c34\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Mitochondri\u00ebn zijn altijd belangrijk geweest, maar tot voor kort werd er in de geneeskunde niet veel over nagedacht om iets te doen om hun functie te verbeteren.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;De ontwikkeling van chronische gezondheidsproblemen en ziekten wordt meestal toegeschreven aan gebrekkige genetica en pech&#8221;, zegt dr.
