Vitamine D kan je immuunsysteem namelijk ook versterken. Volgens een <a aria-label=\"\u7814\u7a76\uff08\u5728\u65b0\u6807\u7b7e\u4e2d\u6253\u5f00\uff09\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6121423\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"rank-math-link\">\u7814\u7a76<\/a> \u4ece2018\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20D\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u60a3\u6d41\u611f\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u4ed6 <a aria-label=\"\u7814\u7a76\uff08\u5728\u65b0\u9009\u9879\u5361\u4e2d\u6253\u5f00\uff09\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5247472\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener Maar bij een tekort van de Sunshine Vitamin kunnen onze botten kwetsbaar of misvormd worden.
