Maar het aanprijzen van het vermogen van vitamine C om de verkoudheid te verkorten, doet eigenlijk teniet aan de rol van vitamine C en z&#8217;n rol in het lichaam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze antioxidant wordt niet van nature door het lichaam gemaakt, dus het is cruciaal om het te verkrijgen uit vitamine C-rijk voedsel. Antioxidanten kunnen beschermen tegen de ontwikkeling van ernstige gezondheidsproblemen, zoals kanker of hartaandoeningen. Er zijn echter meer onderzoeken nodig &#8211; vooral die waarbij menselijke deelnemers betrokken zijn &#8211; om aan te tonen of vitamine C specifiek kanker of hart- en vaatziekten kan voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20 C \u5728\u6539\u5584\u5927\u8111\u529f\u80fd\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20 C
