Wees gerust, dit is volkomen normaal. Sport is zeker essentieel om iemands gezondheid en lichamelijke conditie te verbeteren, maar hiervoor gaat men vaak door een fase van lijden, vandaar het bekende gezegde &#8220;je moet lijden om mooi te zijn&#8221;. Om te voorkomen het zover komt en sport je tegen gaat staat, moet je het positieve terughalen en mag je het plezier in sporten niet verwaarlozen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u6062\u590d\u953b\u70bc\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u953b\u70bc\u5e76\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u5730\u4eab\u53d7\u4e50\u8da3\uff01\u5b9a\u671f\u953b\u70bc\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u5404\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u6539\u5584\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f88\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u6062\u590d\u953b\u70bc\u53ea\u4f1a\u7ed9\u4f60\u5e26\u6765\u597d\u5904\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u5c06\u4f7f\u60a8\u91cd\u65b0\u7ad9\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u9009\u62e9\u4e00\u9879\u60a8\u559c\u6b22\u5e76\u80fd\u6fc0\u52b1\u60a8\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
