A keystone is a wedge-shaped block of stone attached to the top center of an arch that holds all other stones in place. If someone were to remove the keystone, the arch would fall apart as this stone is a fundamental part of the whole structure. Likewise, one <em>key habit<\/em> a fundamental part of any healthy habit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This same principle applies to the human psyche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In essence, then, key habits lead to the development of other good habits. They start a chain effect in your life that produces a number of positive outcomes. There are some habits you can incorporate into your daily life that make it easy to be successful in other areas of your life as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may already be practicing some key habits, even if you&#039;re not aware of them.
